BLOX Beliashvili C Block

"Blox Beliashvili" project is distinguished by its different and modern architecture - the area of the inner courtyard of the complex and the residential development are completely arranged on the roof of the above-ground parking lot. As a result of the mentioned planning, the car will not be able to enter the yard area, which provides an unmistakable guarantee of safety for the future residents and their children.

The main goal of creating the complex was to create a peaceful living environment, that's why various entertainment and recreation spaces, bicycle paths, a sports stadium, a children's playground and various green spaces will be organized in the area. The experienced team of "Khmaladze Architects" worked on the project. The multifunctional project includes three residential blocks, office spaces and modern commercial and retail spaces.
